These terms and conditions govern your use of the airportnestinn.com website and any booking or stay at Airport Nest Inn Fiji, 41 Legalega Street, Nadi, Fiji. By using this website or making an enquiry or booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Enquiries and bookings
An enquiry submitted through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email is a request only and does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only once our reception team has replied to you in writing with availability and rates and you have accepted them. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry.
2. Rates and payment
- All rates are quoted in Fijian Dollars (FJD) unless stated otherwise and may change until your booking is confirmed.
- Rates and any applicable taxes or levies will be confirmed to you at the time of booking.
3. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times will be confirmed with your booking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract a charge. A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and amendment terms will be confirmed to you at the time of booking and may vary by rate and season. Please contact reception as early as possible if your plans change. Any deposit or cancellation charge that applies will be set out in your booking confirmation.
5. Airport transfers
Our airport shuttle is offered subject to availability and to advance notice of your flight details. We will do our best to meet every flight but cannot accept liability for delays outside our control.
6. Guest conduct
Guests are expected to treat the property, staff and other guests with respect. We may refuse or end a stay, without refund, in the case of unlawful, unsafe or seriously disruptive behaviour, or damage to the property. You are responsible for any loss or damage you cause.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Experiences and third parties
Tours, transfers and activities arranged on your behalf may be operated by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms. We act only to help arrange them and are not responsible for their services.
9. Website use and content
The content, images and branding on this website are owned by or licensed to Airport Nest Inn Fiji and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is always complete or error-free.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Fijian courts.
